We provide technical tools (such as JSON Formatters, SQL Converters, and Java Parsers) to assist software engineers. By using these tools, you agree to the following:
- No Production Warranty: Our tools are provided for educational and debugging purposes. We do not warrant that the code generated by our tools is bug-free, secure, or optimized for high-performance production environments.
- User Verification: You acknowledge that it is your professional responsibility to review, test, and validate any code output (e.g., a generated Java Class or Cron Expression) before deploying it to a live server.
- Data Backup: You are responsible for maintaining backups of your original code. We are not liable for any data corruption or loss that occurs during the use of our formatting tools.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Toolshref, nor its owners or operators, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this service.
Simply put: If a tool on our site formats your JSON incorrectly or generates a flawed Regex pattern, we are not liable for any resulting bugs in your software application.
5. User Input & Data Privacy
Parts of this website allow users to input data (code snippets, JSON payloads, Log files). We do not claim ownership of the data you process using our client-side tools.
Because our architecture is Client-Side First, your input data is processed locally in your browser and is not stored on our servers. However, you agree not to use our tools to process illegal content, malware, or data that violates third-party intellectual property rights.
